Hi does anyone have suggestions how to get more calcium into the bones? I am going to start doing more of the magnesium, (I have been doing the JC protocol for that since June), but going to increase that a little, alkaline diet, more exercise, kale in smoothie, less stress. I did a bone scan, (reluctantly), and came back with osteopenia, I am going to be 65, had three kids and am small about 5'4" 117 lbs. I am going to listen to Barbara O'Neil see if she has any recommendations.
