Audition for Management
We are taping an audition for a management company. The email says "Please do a commercial and/or monologue for us! You can find both online with a simple search - should be no longer than 1 minute!" Does that mean that commercial + monologue = one minute or that each can be a minute long? I am inclined to think it is the former. Thoughts?

Agency Monologue Submission
Hi, we've been contacted by a NYC agency to submit a Commercial or Monologue video; this is after submitting headshots and profiles. She is 12 - what would be a good monologue? Should it be drama, comedy, in between? It has to be within 1 minute in length and enough to show her chops. We want to submit something that will obviously interest the agency (they do TV, Film, and Commercials) so we really want to put our best foot forward. Recent castings of their youth are procedurals, amazon, films, and commercials. They also seem to place performers and theatre. Suggestions? We want to tape during her class this weekend.
