ChatGPT "down" tonight -- the hits keep on coming!

I was using ChatGPT tonight and I got two weird screens -- "We've run out of capacity" and "ChatGPT4 Alpha". Now it's forcing me to upgrade to plus (already on it) but the UI doesn't work.

On top of the political drama, now we have operational drama.

I am telling my clients and partners to get off OpenAI as fast as possible. I am also advising them to build a cautious LLM evaluation process AND -- if they can -- a multi-LLM approach with things like LangChain. I also see aiXplain have some answers. I think the problems at OpenAI are like the cold shower that wake us all up: now what?! :-) What do you think?
