Hi. I am new here and enjoyed reading your stories. I have been following the channel only for a few weeks.
After my last holiday a month ago in France, I saw lots of french families in the lake swimming with their kids. I realise how much I miss out on by not swimming well so I have set about changing that.
I can sort of swim and did a mile the other day (in my local pool) but with my head out of the water in a rubbish front crawl. I'm gonna crack this ....
