Hello coach jeff..the way u deliver ur swim lessons is mind blowing.i just have a query..u always say that u have to relax ur body so that it don't get dense.but in my case as I know deep end is coming and if I stop here how would i be able to tread to relax and I get panic and hold safety rod.i can't overcome my anxiety as yet.and with that my body get tensed and I have to put more effort to swim and exhaust and gasp.kindly instruct me on this issue
