Hi coaches Jeff and Meredith
Yesterday I had a swim practice I was able for the first time to glide several yards without a breath for 7 seconds. For me that felt good. I need more practice coming up for a breath. I tried front and side but always end up standing up due to sinking legs. I will watch the video again but any suggestions from you? I am a very slow beginner and start my 1on1 class till January.
