How’s everyone doing out there?! Are yall staying consistent? I’m half way through my day 14 of Phase one - not loving the cold showers and having to pee so much, but I love how the power list is holding me accountable to getting more done! Who else is still on track? Who needs help? Who hasn’t started yet?? 😁 let’s gooooo!!! 🔥👊🏻💪🏻

I failed 5 days in on Phase 1…. Didn’t take a picture. Today’s Day 5 again!! Gotta get today done!!

First week down!
Well, that wasn’t so bad! A little discipline and consistency, and managed to power right through. 💥🥊 How’s everyone else’s week been going?

It was a dirty win, but I'll take it. A dirty win is better than a loss. All metrics hit today. If experience has taught me anything, tomorrow will be easier.

Oops - Guess I’m doing Phase One! 😁
75 hard is part of the live hard program, a year long mental discipline course. I hadn’t planned on doing the full thing - it gets progressively harder - but when I logged into my tracking app at the end of day one, it picked up from where I left off after I completed 75 hard in April and said “Welcome to Phase 1” So, said fuck it, finished 75 hard day one as planned, skipped logging it in the app and started phase one the next day. Don’t worry! I’m still doing the program, and still tracking with you guys, just doing a few more things every day - it’s quite a bit more challenging. 🔥🔥🙌🏻 Anyways, if you haven’t started yet, come on and dive in - this discipline and focus will absolutely improve your life.
