Your past doesn't define you. What you do next does.
There are only three states of mind:
  1. What has happened – The past. It can’t be changed, but the lessons can help you grow.
  2. What is happening – Right now? This present moment is the most important.
  3. What will happen – The future, shaped by your actions today.
We all stumble, but what matters most is what you do NEXT.
Your response shapes your future. Never forget, that today’s behaviour influences tomorrow’s outcomes.
This is why I keep stressing the importance of daily habits.
