Hello everyone,
I wanted to apologize for my absence; I've been addressing some personal mental health challenges. Last weekend was particularly difficult as I encountered some distressing news, which necessitated a break from everything to process the events. Simultaneously, I've been working and supporting two teenagers who are also grappling with their own tough news. Managing my mental health is daunting enough, but assisting teenagers with theirs adds an extra layer of complexity.
So my question to you is? What do you like to do to get your mind at a state of calm
