Brien’s coaching journey began by training older adults with disabilities and athletes – from Olympians to high school sports teams. He went on to help over 100K everyday people lose millions of pounds of fat and reduce pain through smarter exercise, nutrition and other lifestyle strategies.
Now Brien’s mission is helping stressed men and women over 45 struggling to lose stubborn belly fat, balance hormones, sleep better, improve digestion, increase energy levels and reclaim their health without dieting, weighing foods or spending hours in the gym!
