Why You Feel How You Feel
So excited that you are here to get better! In this course we will take a general look at why some of your everyday movements, activities, things as simple as bending down to pick something up, might be harder than they should be. There are a few things we should think about:
- What Your Day Looks Like (Lifestyle)
- Where You Feel Pain/ Restricted (duh)
- Past/Nagging Injuries
Don't be ashamed! Remember: the truth sets our bodies free. The more honest we are with ourselves the better!
