Hello everyone!! My name is Quinn and when I was a junior in high school I went to catch a football in the gym when I got my legs taken out from under me and landed on my back. Long story short, I was... okay, but I wasn't the same for the next two years. I wasn't paralyzed (luckily) nor did I break any bones, but for two years my back was in a constant state of tension. Some days I could play sports and feel relatively normal, others I literally could not bend over or even walk without keeping myself as straight as possible. Imagine how a robot would walk. During these two years (2017-2019), I went to doctors, chiropractors, massage therapists, with my parents helping, putting their hard earned money with my own towards helping get my back right again. But was it ever even right??? I would feel better after a massage or a chiro adjustment (physical therapy didn't do anything for me believe it or not), but the next day it was back to the constant tightness and pain. Some days it was so bad I was brought to tears. The pain was awful but the worst part was that I simply COULD NOT UNDERSTAND what was happening with my body. Why weren't any of the typical treatment options helping? Why did I have to keep coming back? Would this ever end? Then, one day, I was scrolling on instagram and came across an individual who would CHANGE MY LIFE FOREVER. He was saying that there is nothing wrong with your body. It was meant to function properly. You are simply weak in certain neglected areas, and with a little effort you can figure out which and improve! After watching just a couple of his instagram videos, things started to make sense. I felt empowered, not afraid. I felt I could learn to understand and feel confident in my body, not shy away from and ignore the pain. Why? BECAUSE THE HUMAN BODY IS DESIGNED TO WORK PROPERLY! I paid him 50$ for a 1 month subscriptions and I kid you not: Within THREE WEEKS the pain in my back was gone. It was magic. Or rather, it was the fact that I had gained a simple bit of understanding about the philosophy of getting strong in stretched positions. And the best part was that every single exercise he taught was SCALABLE. His mother of 65 was doing them AT HER LEVEL. And then he, someone who can windmill dunk a basketball, was doing them, with added weight, at his superstar level.
