Day 3 | Small win, Huge Insight!

Today’s progress: I documented the sales process from click to close breaking everything down to a science. I was seeking to understand the bottlenecks of acquisition to form an ideal plan going forward. A huge potential unlock i discovered that CTR (click-through-rate) was 13.6%. With that CTR, i get roughly 26 engaged leads. However, if i just focus on doubling, tripling or quadripling that number, i could seriously triple or quadruple the business. For once math is fun! For now we focus on taking action with my micro steps and then tweak the CTR to see real growth. Seeing this progress feels great! Let’s keep it going, everyone!
