For me, my specialty is ultimately real estate. I can literally sit down and talk your ear off for hours pertaining to the real estate laws and ethics, to running numbers, you name it, I probably got something to discuss on it! That being said, had a consultation with a coworker regarding real estate, and many different acquisition strategies to get her potentially a commercial building to lease out for business.
