To Bulk or To Cut?
I'm a relatively healthy 21 year old, weighing a little short of 200 lbs. I'm debating whether I should cut now and bulk later or bulk now and cut later. My main fitness goal is to become stronger and to eventually compete in Jiu Jitsu. Any advice?
