WHY a Brokerage firm is better than a bank?
Less access. When your investments are inside of a brokerage firm; such as Charles Schwab, you can’t just walk in and make a cash or check withdrawal. Also! Making an immediate transfer of funds from a brokerage account; that’s not a Roth IRA, will cost you $15 if you’re unable or unwilling to wait 1-2 business days. Things you might want to explore
