Emergency Fund to the Rescue!

Having an emergency is a game change!

I define what an emergency is and is not.

I went to my basement yesterday and saw smoke coming out of an electrical socket. Fire dept came. The fireman told me to get an electrician asap. Emergency fund to the rescue!!!

Electrician came the same day & is back today. He called the wiring a disaster 👀

I didn't have to use my spending money that I saved for my Egypt trip next month.

My emergency fund was created by saving every $5 bill I get. It adds up to plenty over time. I use to spend what I saved on Christmas gifts. Now I spend it on real emergencies.
