Hah! I own and operate Justified Talent (and 4 other businesses), where we specialise in working with Founders to recruit, generally, their first sales professionals. (Sometimes it's their 2nd or 3rd hire, because they DIY'd it previously... and that didn't end well).
My background is in behavioural psychology (which I did in the Army) and sales capability development (which I did after the Army), so I come at recruitment completely differently to traditional recruiters. I don't believe in resumes or cover letters. They're just marketing brochures - written these days by ChatGPT (aka "Chappy"). I trust behavioural science and predictive analytics.
