Tradescantia is underrated!
Keen on RARE plants?
What kind of rare plants are your favourite? What do you have and what do you want to get? Most folks love the monsteras and philodendrons the most. Whilst I very much see why, I find myself drawn towards Alocasias or Elephant Ears as they’re commonly known. I think it’s combination of the speed at which they grow, their lush tropical, upright format, those big beautiful leaves and the fact that they multiply abundantly with corms! With the variegated specimens, it’s fun to see if the corns will display the same traits as the mother. The list of the ones I want to collect is pretty extensive but a few that stand out are: Pink serendipity variegated Black velvet pink variegation Venom However my next addition to my collection will be a singonium. Honestly they’re not really up there with my favourites but I do have by eye on a special few. What are they I hear you ask? Well I’m thinking scrambled eggs, strawberry milkshake and strawberry Galaxy. Yes I’m a fan of pink variegation lol What do you have and plan on getting. Let’s see some pics!
