Workout schedule
How should I do my workout schedule, I work 24 hour shifts and off 48 and never work the same days consecutive weeks, I'm off this Sunday, Monday, work Tuesday off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday off Saturday and Sunday so my days are never the same.

Getting started
Tried the push 1 yesterday trying to get idea of what weight I needed to start with on each exercise when I start week 1 on Sunday, did 205 on the first set of inclined bench but knew I wasn't getting multiple sets of that so had to drop it down to 185 and struggled to get 8 reps on 4 sets.

Week four weirdness
Starting week 4 with Push 1. For leg press and tricep extension I was able to increase the weight and could still do 8 - 10 reps, awesome. But chest press and shoulder press? Couldn't even complete the amount of reps I've done in the previous 3 weeks. I kept checking the machines to see if there was extra weigh added anywhere, but no. I went from 10,9,8,8 to 10,8,7,6. Not a HUGE difference, but it still felt really disappointing. So I guess it's "yay thighs and triceps" and just keep at it.
