I'm getting PTSD from "Couldn't get assistant" error

Hi everyone! Alejo & Paige set up a wonderful coaching practice transient squad for me which introduces users to the process, presents a client for them to coach, provides a lifeline for help if desired, then provides verbal feedback afterwards, then sends written feedback after the call. However, when I try to continue building out new squads, I almost always get "Couldn't get assistant." I'd like to understand root cause and how to methodically troubleshoot this. I'd buy a giant virtual coffee (or hug, lol) to anyone willing to take a look and offer advice. (NOTE: While I have variables set up, I hard-coded the JSON for troubleshooting purposes.) ~Signed, Desperate.
