Can someone take a look at my prompt and let me know where I'm going wrong? I'm trying to make a outbound appointment Setter who calls opt in leads who filled a survey. She is following up with them, asking them if they remember the form and whether they'd like to book an appointment and then books an appointment. Everything is fine apart from the confused conversation she does, which I'm pretty sure is my prompt’s fault. Take a quick listen to the audio and you'll understand.😭
