We are experiencing horrible calls when using Twilio.
Around 80% of the calls the AI gets stuck in the first or second sentence in a loop.
When analyzing the recording they do not sound as they happened. Usually, the recording has the voices overlapped or simply one of the voices does not sound at all.
I've been sending the ID calls to VAPI's support for nearly two weeks already but they do not respond or if they do, they do not engage at all with the problem. It feels like they avoid giving support. Not sure why.
Hope you can help me with some ideas or experiences.
