What do you do once you Close a Client?

I'm really curious about the processes you have in place once you close a lead. What happens post-close? I'd love to understand how you've organized your pipelines for this phase and what your typical procedures are. For example, do you send out contracts and then move straight into onboarding? Do you use any special touches like congratulatory videos? Looking forward to learning from your experiences!
