I'd love to understand how you've organized your pipelines for this phase and what your typical procedures are. For example, do you send out contracts and then move straight into onboarding? Has anyone ran ads to get strictly followers, talking about ads for reach and exposure and not leads? How was the approach? What were the KPIs and were you satisfied by results?

I've been trying to get my ads up on Meta for my Real Estate Agency, but keep hitting a snag. The system keeps flagging and rejecting my stuff, thinking I'm offering housing when I'm actually reaching out to real estate agents. Just got off a long call where they suggested I mark my ads as a special category. What do you guys think I should do next?
