Facebook Dm and Appointment setting

Hey Matt and everyone so in the Agency Space theres a lot of information " Best script for Cold calls, dm, email" you can name it and as a person who's tried all of the advice I feel hopeless.

I'm in the Kitchen Renovation niche don't know if it's good by many Agencies have made over £10k so maybe it's good but the thing I'm struggling with is Appointment booking FB dm. I've tried everything and I don't know why it's not working.

Please help me guys it's been 3 months and I'm starting to lose hope I can share my script and my offer if you'd love to assess it please please please.
