Cold Calling still not very good. Need some advise.

So I'm currently doing cold calling since about 8 months but really dialed in since about 1,5 in roofing in USA but I'm really not consistent with booking appointments. Do you guys have some advise to get better at cold calling especially to gain more skill.

Side info: So I'm doing 200 Cold calls a day Monday-Saturday so the consistency is not the problem but more the skills is I think.
