Cold Calling appointments don't show up!

I have two channels for outreach; cold calling and dm messages.

I got 4 appointments from each one.

All the appointments I get from dm messages do show up.

All the appointments I get from cold calling don't show up.

I do email, SMS, and call confirmations, email reminders, and SMS reminders.

Where is the problem?
