Should I buy followers for IG cold outreach accounts to look more legit?

How can I scale LinkedIn outreach? A lot says to have different accounts. Should I make more accounts under my name or use fake names then? I send videos to prospects so I can't use fake photos for the LinkedIn profiles (they'll see me in the video). Does anyone know how to do this safely so that won't get my account banned?

I have two channels for outreach; cold calling and dm messages. I got 4 appointments from each one. All the appointments I get from dm messages do show up.
