This week I will: Write 2 posts on my current book, I will read one chapter every day. On Tuesday and Thursday I will make posts on the book and how it relates to ADHD. I will make a post with the content of YOUR CHOICE. Comment on this post the topic you would like to learn more about and I will assemble some research and material to write up a post for you! 🔥Daily Resolutions! August 9, 2024
Today I will read a chapter of my book, "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. I will do this at work at 2:00pm📖 I will clean and "reset" my entire apartment after work. I will do this at 5:30pm. 🧹 I will get exercise in by doing 50 pushups, sit ups, and squats at home today because I will be busy cleaning and can't go to the gym. I will do this after I finish cleaning. Around 9:00pm. 🧘‍♂️ I encourage everyone to also write their goals for today. Make sure to include when and where you will take action. Today I will read my book "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. I will read while at work at 8:30am📖 I will spend time this morning, learning about social media content strategy. I will do this after I finish reading at 8:30am 📱 I will exercise for 45 minutes by jogging at the Rec. Fields at 4pm 🏋️‍♂️ I encourage everyone to also write their goals for today. Today I will read a chapter of my book, "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman I will do this at work at 9:30am. 📖 I will spend some extra time cleaning my apartment today, resetting the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I will do this at 5:30 pm. 🫧 I will exercise 45 mins today. I will do this at 7pm, at the Rec. Center or in my apartment on my pull-up bar. 🏋️‍♂️ I encourage everyone to also write their goals for today. Make sure to include when and where you will take action.
