Today I will read a chapter of my book, "Thinking Fast and Slow" by Daniel Kahneman. I will do this at work at 2:00pm📖
I will clean and "reset" my entire apartment after work. I will do this at 5:30pm. 🧹
I will get exercise in by doing 50 pushups, sit ups, and squats at home today because I will be busy cleaning and can't go to the gym. I will do this after I finish cleaning. Around 9:00pm. 🧘♂️
