Ok! 2 years back I just appeared in medical entrance test for 2 times . Although I passed but didn't scored enough to get into medical school . After than that I got frustrated. I didn't choose to appear again. I preferred to choose any other medical school. It took almost 1 year. I used to get depressed then I decided I've to do something new ! In 1 year. , I did 2 certifications for personal and professional development. I know how to deal with stress and learnt time management. Although I've to learn more and more to be pro in it as I'll do it from Tom's courses but I can say,I've done enough to handle myself in depression and j know how to deal rather than skipping . Now , I got into various medical schools. Excited to start my journey in top ranked universities .As it's a come back after 2 gap years so excited to present myself a new ,, strong and skilled version. Any one else would like to share some tips regarding university begin a freshie in context of study, environment and networking, would really love to gain insights.
How to get rid of unnecessary thoughts/ stress ? That help you to step back from the goal or effect productive routine? I do meditate and read books. But sometimes it doesn't work
