I am on day 11 of the Lion diet. I went to the extreme for chronic illnesses that have minimal treatments and no cure. The food cravings suck. I ate a high-sugar diet before because I was told that was the only diet I could handle. My biggest craving right now, though, is caffeine. I hope to try tea and coffee in 3 months when I slowly start introducing other meats and dairy. I will never add fruits, natural sugars, or vegetables. Will these food cravings ever go away?
