I’m curious about the process you teach for finding out-of-state rentals using the correct data points. How accurate do you find that chart? Is the data for an entire city accurate for every zip code? Also, when you add up all the points at the end, is the crime rate as important as the rent-to-mortgage ratio? Additionally, some of the data is from a year or so ago. I’m just wondering how detailed you get with this. Thank you!
