We should all be Millionaires
This text is for the mature minds and hearts! We should all be Millionaires That’s the Motto for Rachel Rogers, and I am 100% on board with this! And with "we" she means historically underrepresented individuals: And of that group I especially mean woman and women of color – who are my target of love. Yet, when I look around, I see many brilliant women with minds full of ideas and hearts full of passion. They have degrees, are highly skilled – yet work in a Job they don't really like, don't make the money nor the impact they could make. Have invested 5 to 6 figures in their personal and professional development yet are still struggling to transform their knowledge into money. Have services and businesses yet still “mainly” try to sell to NGO’s or Institutions focused on charity rather than profit. But I rarely see real business – good old business. Exchanging a service, in my case education, community & coaching. We don’t all have to get a VC Fund, which is amazing but not the only way. But we also don’t have to go and undersell our highly impactful work to more charity oriented institutions just to get by doing what we love to do. I have a dream… I would love to see a highly educated, trained and qualified women of color selling her services back to her audience and community and fellow women, creating a win-win- win situation for everyone involved – coach – client – community! Yet I see that this is the biggest fear among us – women, women of color and historically under -privileged, represented and funded people. I see it with my clients. I see it with my colleagues. I see gifted women all around me YOU don't dare to have the conversations that close deals. Honestly, identifying if I could help you solve your problem. Without apologizing for making my offer. Without saying – I don’t mean to self promote my work here but… Without secretly knowing that most of your friends and acquaintances are around because you have done all that inner work – Energy, mindset, emotional release work.
