Hello, dear friends! As usual, I'm here to give you an update on my past week: After struggling with hunger during a two-day fasting course, I felt very tired and had a lot of trouble concentrating. I had to stop the fasting on the second day because my body felt sick, and I also experienced a strong headache. After that, I needed a lot of rest, and my work as a social worker provided me with the downtime I needed. Right now, I feel really good, and I just have one task left to complete—yay! ✨Yesterday, I had a wonderful session with the community CEO, Joanna. She empowered me to find the answers behind my struggles to be seen in the online world. This session gave me a lot of clarity and reassured me that it's okay to show up authentically in every moment. That was my main learning for the week!
