Just because gurus use a white board, doesn't mean it will work for you! These creators think that it's going to work for them. it's not. It's like being obese and thinking that the fit guy wearing a t-shirt means that if you wear a t-shirt you'll be just as good looking. But the truth is, you need to be fit to make the t-shirt look good. IF your message is actually that good, then sure. do it. But c'mon. find your own way of doing something. Dare to be a LITTLE creative! (will I do white board? maybe if it makes sense for a particular thing. Should you avoid it? unless you really accomplished something, than no. Who should avoid white board videos? People who haven't done anything.)

Don't worry so much about getting your crap together. Just be deliberate instead of perfect. As time goes on, things will change and so wil your brand, therefore your branding. Just relax and get doing the things that matter! Branding is an ever evolving expression and conversation. If you're expecting it to be perfect, you might never speak up. Make it, then tweak it.
