Hello from Sydney, Australia. Im starting a review management service for small businesses (after working for larger companies doing similar for many years). I was made redundant earlier this year and been unemployed for a while now. Ive created a website and need some automations set up through Make.com to provide these automations to future customers (along with my guidance and expertise in the review management business). However... I joined Make.com and after 5 days cant even get a simple 3 module scenario to work. Sooo frustrating and preventing me from launching my review services. If there is anyone that really really knows Make.com really really well , I would appreciate help as most of the community on help and the Help staff seem to throw a suggestion or two at the problem but it never works. Im hoping this community is the one that can really help and in return I can be a resource for anyone who needs help with online reviews such as Google Review and TrustPilot. thanks!

Here’s the situation: I’m selling my online course through Copecart (which is a payment provider). After the purchase, the customer should be added to Systeme.io and assigned a label so they receive course access via email. I’ve managed to set this up (Google Sheets is in between because I don’t fully trust the process yet 😅). However, there are still a few things that aren’t working, or that I don’t know how to implement properly in Make: a) If the customer already exists, they should not be added again. b) If the webhook doesn’t transmit data for a specific field (e.g., company name), then nothing should be entered. Currently, I get an error message if the webhook doesn’t transmit data for a field, like the company name, because the buyer didn’t provide it.
