Make.com making me crazy! Cant even get simple process to work.
Hello from Sydney, Australia. Im starting a review management service for small businesses (after working for larger companies doing similar for many years). I was made redundant earlier this year and been unemployed for a while now. Ive created a website and need some automations set up through Make.com to provide these automations to future customers (along with my guidance and expertise in the review management business). However... I joined Make.com and after 5 days cant even get a simple 3 module scenario to work. Sooo frustrating and preventing me from launching my review services. If there is anyone that really really knows Make.com really really well , I would appreciate help as most of the community on help and the Help staff seem to throw a suggestion or two at the problem but it never works. Im hoping this community is the one that can really help and in return I can be a resource for anyone who needs help with online reviews such as Google Review and TrustPilot. thanks!

Hi again and thanks for following up with me. I’m using the Godaddy website builder for building the website. It has forms on the website and I am using one of their forms (naturally) because I needed a form for clients to fill out. This gets emailed to my Microsoft 365 email (outlook) account that I opened as part of this Godaddy website building process. The website and the form are already built. As the email module returns no data , it appears that the first email module is not speaking with the form in godaddy. That’s about all I have worked out, but also that I can’t use any web hooks on this Godaddy form as web hooks are not supported by Godaddy. ChatGPT suggested zapier integration to pass form data to a web hook or create a custom HTML form that submits directly to Make.com I have no skills to create any custom html, so that leaves Xavier integration. No idea how to do this but if you have suggestions let me know.

No, it’s part of their website builder package. It’s not a stand alone like the one you screenshot. I think the form is not compatible with any web hooks.
