The impossible is possible!
Hi guys, I haven't posted on here for a while, but I feel like I've got something quite relevant and positive to share. So I have recently started to learn hypnotherapy and am currently in my second month. The course takes place over a weekend every month in person, and then we are given work to complete till the next weekend we meet. After completing Ryans course I already had a bit of a head start, and it's a nice small and extremely positive group of people. I write this as an update but more of a recognition of some of the BS in our conscious minds. Because not that long ago the conscious thought in my head was "I probably can't learn this" Or "I don't think I am ready yet" it was all garbage! There is and was never any reason I couldn't, in fact doing two years of therapy training and all the things I've learnt from Ryan made a perfect starting point and a massive head start if anything. But the lingering voice still... well lingers, haha XD. So if you have some similar voice or internal thought, then I think sometimes the best thing to do is to jump in and move towards what you want. Hope you are all well, :D Stay Strong!

Great job man. Even after I cleared my trauma I had a lingering negative voice for about 6 months. This is because we still have certain neuropathways tied to our cognitive thought patterns that must be re-wired with repetition, mindfulness and diligence. But those thoughts mostly disappear over time, once the trauma is gone. There will always be a little though. Our brain is wired to scan for danger and give us thoughts and feelings (anxiety, fear) to get us to avoid certain things.
Our webinar starts in 30 minutes!
Hi all, today we're discussing how do we know what's coming from our subconscious, and what isn't? I have a couple good video clips from Harvard trained psychiatrist Dr. K (HealthyGamerGG on YouTube) and "Shark Tank" venture capitalist Kevin O'Leary that you won't want to miss. See you soon.

Daily Techniques
Hi everyone, Curious to know, are you using any daily techniques to work on your subconscious? Anyone listening to the self hypnosis audio every day or doing self congratulations etc? And if so, have you noticed any extra improvements?

I use life gamification and self-talk, and then pay attention to the message each emotion is telling me. When an emotion has a message that doesn't serve me, I then clear it with self-hypno, but honestly I probably need to get that dysfunctional message a few dozen times before I finally clear it lol. This isn't all "negative" emotions, it's the ones that are working against me instead of for me. So a lot of it is paying attention to what I feel and what it means, to know when to use the audios. But if there are no bad subconscious programs to clear, then the self-hypno audios that just put good things in are very helpful.
Next webinar is October 22. Topic suggestions?
Hi all. Our next webinar is Monday 6PM PT/9PM ET on October 22. I can come up with a topic but I'm open to suggestions! Be sure to review what's already been covered by checking out the webinar titles in the classroom. What would YOU like for me to cover next? Of course there will always be Q&A after as well, so you can get YOUR specific questions answered.

@Gabor Czine these are really good suggestions Gabor and they tie a bit into what Andrey wants as well. I know the answers so let me craft a title and we'll do a webinar on this. You both are looking for how to tell what is subconscious trauma or bad programs, and what isn't. It's a great question since, for example, I can remove the trauma that made someone an addict but now they still have the HABIT of addiction even though the underlying cause is gone. All the reinforced neuropathways pre-disposing someone to the habit are still there, it's just now you can overcome it with support and effort rather than being (for many addicts) hopelessly stuck.
