First month at G&R premium
I was writing on my note pad and reflecting about my first month at G&R, and I thought why not share my thoughts with everybody at skool? A month ago i joined G&R premium, coming from a very dark place at the time many things were in need of change, i needed to take back control of my life, blindly but faithfully i start following our brother @Younis Ward and implementing many new routines and practices in my daily life, since then and on top of my head these are a few things where i noticed a profound change for the better (without any particular order): - Increased self awareness of thoughts and emotions - Increased control over how i went with my day, sticking to routines and tasks - Increased knowledge of myself and overall life - Created new GOOD habits - Reduced or eliminated BAD habits - Interacting with like-minded people - More frequent and quality interactions with family - Increased motivation, happiness, joy, contentment - Increased physical and mental energy - Increase faith, patience and presence in the moment - Greatly decreased procrastination - Increased gratefulness, happiness, patience and joyfulness at work - Increased self acceptance of where i am in the spectrum of personal evolution - Increased time living in the now moment instead of thinking about the past or the future - Increase knowledge about Faith,Mind,Body,Career (trading),Love The only downside to all this is that i could easily spend 24/7 interacting with the skool community, posting and replying to posts, talking to people, making new friendships etc etc but i understand that i must find balance, as a father, husband, son, grandson, friend, co-worker i need to have time to participate in all those roles the best that i can, but even then im always trying to practice the new skills, habits and states of mind written above. Hope you guys are getting the same benefits as i am, if not please give it time, there will be a day when things start to click!

Damn, that is so impressive. Do you have any tips&tricks on how to decrease procrastination? Saying “just get to work” is like telling a depressed person to smile more 😁

I’m definitely joining you guys!! Best I can do rn is like 1-2 push ups, but I strive to be better and stronger, so let’s do it 💪🏼 I feel like we should have some more other challenges here, like running/fasting etc. Healthy competition is the way to go!

Introduction
Hello Team - Sam's my name from Australia. I've been a student of personal development and strategies to be the best version of yourself for nearly three decades. In the last couple of years I've had in an interest in forex trading, which started out as a future income source for closer to my retirement years. I thought I was a "disciplined" person before coming to forex, however this journey has opened up a whole world of psychological responses/impulses I never knew I had, let alone the broader "whole of person" (faith, mind, body etc) journey that is required to be successful at this game. Therefore what started as "forex" has become a whole chapter in its own right.

And that's the beauty of trading. If you want to be successful, you must develop as a whole person. It's lovely to have you here!
