Getting through the foundation of the meditaion app, enjoying it, done 5 days so far. Will purchase the annual package with the goal of achieving Equanimity. Alhamdulilah

Late smoothie
Had a long hectic day today. Didnt get a chance to have smoothie in morning so having it now, sorry for inactivity today

Wow not even a full day yet ( will use this thread as my 7 day journal #first task)
Started the monitoring of thoughts from last night, and I'm wide awake now, fresh in bed after only a few hours of sleep. Usually this time I'm knocked out hard and struggle to get out of bed, there is also a feeling of calmness in my head internally or just maybe the environment, I do meditate quite a bit, but I guess becoming the observer is having this knock on ripple effect, amazed especially when this is just the start EDIT: Rather then making new posts for findings etc will use this thread for that purpose, so any revelations, findings etc will be going in here over the next 7 days
