How can we make this group more active?

Maybe we could create a Telegram group as it's both on phone and desktop and it would be much easier to have discussions there. The ease of receiving notifications and UI for chat would be a great way to increase engagement. A shamoo app would be nice, do we have to get it accepted in the app store? Can't we just have the apk file to download?
