Callback Nightmare...... Leads Aren't Picking Up
How do you handle situations where clients struggle to reconnect with leads after we hand over the data? We're seeing a lot of traction but losing conversions because the leads aren't picking up. We are already mentioning the phonenumber the client is going to call them from. Any other tips?

Make sure the value of your leads can be weighed and measured. Be thorough with your work, and also remember there is Good months and Bad months. Stay consistent and eventually you will come right !
DR Offer - Feedback Needed (AI x Gym/Fitness Niche)
Hey guys, sorry for the essay lol. I run an AI agency in the gym space with the main value proposition being that I can generate hyper-personalized workout and nutrition plans in minutes. Essentially, I approach gym owners and tell them to stop running a common gym offer (1-day free trial or a 6-week challenge) and run this new, valuable offer where leads can receive a custom health plan for free (in the past, these plans have costed thousands of dollars). End consumer wins because they get a lot of value upfront and gym owner wins because they run a new, differentiated offer. I’ve ran DRs testing the below offer with 3 different clients and have received high opt-out rates (10-15%): FREE, 12-week personalized training and nutrition plan I’m assuming this comes off as “too good to be true” even though this isn’t the case. Robb/Haplin recommend the 10-day pass as per their videos. Would you recommend combining the 10-day pass with a FREE plan to get more people to opt-in? 2 examples: 1) “Hey (contact name), this is Ashley from 123 Fitness. We’re giving away a few 10 day passes + a FREE training and nutrition plan for new members! Would you be interested? Reply stop to stop” - Adding value to the 10 day pass which has already been proven to work - Gives them a reason to join and sign up 2) “Hey (contact name), this is Ashley from 123 Fitness. We’re giving away a few 10 day passes + a FREE training and nutrition plan when you come by to our gym! Would you be interested? Reply stop to stop” - Gives people a reason to show up which will help with show rates - However, lead doesn’t stick. We rely on the gym’s sales ability to close and the lead can still choose not to sign up What do you guys think? Which message works better?

I agree with the points suggested by Anthony in terms of emphasizing personal benefits and the scarcity element. My question is what is your character limit for these campaign messages ? I think involving a more jovial tone and also possible aligning to upcoming events to make it feel more personalised, let me know your thoughts on this: Hey (contact name), I'm Ashley and Guess what! On behalf of 123 Fitness I would like offer you a FREE training and nutrition plan when you come by to our gym! Would you be interested? Reply stop to stop” Hey (contact name), I'm Ashley and behalf of 123 Fitness I would like offer you a FREE training and nutrition plan this Spooktober + a chance at winning 10 Daily passes ! Would you be interested? Reply stop to stop”
Clients need you
Midweek grind’s on, and I’ve got a big sales call lined up with a client who could level us up. If you’re just starting, here’s some advice: go into every meeting knowing you’re the solution they need. Confidence is important, but more than that, having a system behind your approach is what closes deals. Prepare well, know your worth, and deliver. It’s not luck—it’s process.
