How long have you guys been in to real estate? And what’s your favorite part? Wholesaling? Flipping? Etc?

Looking for a private lender who's local or knowledgable to the upstate to where I wouldn't need an appraisal or inspection. Possibly closing on a flip and I'll have a week to order title & close. I want easy financing without sending in a bunch of paperwork. Okay paying a higher % interest since I'll only hold it for 2-3 months at the most. Anyone know of anyone out there?

@Myles Berrio - you and I discussed this on the phone the other day. My question is this… How many days out of the month would these funds be used in transactional funding? Trying to run numbers to compare investments and other areas? If the funds were used every day, that would be crazy awesome! I also wanted to thank you so much for spending the time with me to find out more about where I am, and what the next best steps will be for my real estate investing journey. I can’t tell you how much it means to me that you spent that time, listening, and offering ideas.
