In need of a private lender
Looking for a private lender who's local or knowledgable to the upstate to where I wouldn't need an appraisal or inspection. Possibly closing on a flip and I'll have a week to order title & close. I want easy financing without sending in a bunch of paperwork. Okay paying a higher % interest since I'll only hold it for 2-3 months at the most.
Anyone know of anyone out there?
