Remember, our business in real estate investing is most successful when looking for MOTIVATED sellers. You are not just looking for sellers. Anybody might sell for the right price, but those who NEED to sell have a problem that creates a win-win solution for both you & the seller. They get a much needed solution to their problem and you get a DEAL for providing that solution. Always be thinking of what kinds of problems you can solve for homeowners and you’ll have more conversations with the right individuals. You can’t say the wrong thing to the right seller. You can’t say the right thing to the wrong seller.
