This is a full-time, high-energy role where your main goal is to consistently dial warm and cold leads, qualify them, and ensure they're successfully booked into calls with our closers. What You'll Do Dial, Dial, Dial: Be on the phone consistently, reaching out to warm and cold leads. Qualify Leads: Communicate professionally and warmly with prospects to ensure they are ready for a closer call. Schedule Appointments: Send booking links and confirm call appointments. Ensure Show Rates: Follow up diligently to make sure prospects attend their scheduled calls. Work the Leads: Use SOPs to re-engage leads through SMS automation, follow-up calls, and touchpoints over multiple days before marking them as "lost." Revive Old Leads: Follow up with aged leads to reignite interest. What We’re Looking For Availability: Work 5–6 days a week, at least 6–8 hours per day (more if you want to stand out as a top candidate). Professional Communication: Friendly, respectful, and professional when engaging with prospects. Driven and Persistent: Committed to working the leads properly until a resolution is reached. Team Player: Willing to align with team goals and SOPs to achieve success. Weekend Flexibility: Be available to work weekends upon request.
