I would assume that platform driven metrics are already taken care by Instagram analytics, some other aspects that might interest the exec -- User Stickiness for understanding Doomscrolling behaviors and combat digital fatigue w.r.t reel views/min, no. of reels with a thumbstop, no. of reels where user viewed full description of the post, type of touch to scroll up a reel (thumb, single finger, two finger) - can help define certain placements of functionalities around touch & biometrics https://www.campaignindia.in/article/from-doomscrolling-to-thumb-stopping-how-brands-aim-to-combat-digital-fatigue/491096 Metrics that can help user to identify/specify certain categories of reels to appear on the feed instead of getting fed with unnecessary content -- User Engagement - No. of Ads watched/engaged preceding & after a reel, Reels shared with close friends and otherwise, No. of reels watched in full and avg time, No. of reels saved and re-visited.
Introduction - Meet & Greet
I have 19+ years of industry experience working across large E-commerce and Fintech organizations. At present, Iam working as Engineering Lead in the Cross Border Payments domain and based out of Pune in India. In my current role, I also serve as Mergers & Acquisition SME for Due-Diligence/Assessments across multiple competency areas and business functions for Technology & Business Integration of acquisitions. Iam also a certified Scaled Agile Framework’s SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and also work with programs & organisations for adoption and coaching on Enterprise Transformation initiatives, Quality Engineering, Business, Technical and Release Agility required for Software Delivery Iam very interested to pursue within Payments space and see a lot of potential for its growth in India and other geographies. Coming primarily from a Technology background, I intend to switch to Product Management role to get more exposure to product strategy building, defining use cases & user experiences for consumers. In my current situation, my profile does does not get shortlisted for Product Management roles and I would like take help of this forum to understand what I can improve in my skills and resume profile to get selected for PM interview and clear the same
