I started college this year it’s been 1 month. I don’t have much experience with approaching strangers. When I see someone and want to meet I just freeze ,my hearts starts beating faster, and I get nervous . I am stuck in the dilemma of approaching. The times that i get courage to go meet most of the time i can’t talk relax and after we met usually it’s not going great.
